We heavily value the importance of participants having access to their respective roster of support at all times. IDA provides participants with access to our simply to use ‘Brevity’ phone app. This allows you to check your roster any time you feel like it, and have an understanding of which Support Worker is rostered with you in advance
Inclusive Disability Assist further emphasizes a participant’s right to choice and control regarding the type of Support Worker that supports them. This is established by providing participants with ‘Support Worker Profile Summaries’. The purpose of this document is to allow a participant to have strong understanding of who is supporting them, before supports commence.
We take pride in being accessible to our participants to discuss supports. This includes providing an appointed Care Leader for all of our valued participants.
Furthermore, we provide you with direct mobile numbers and direct email addresses so that participants are always able to speak directly to the right person to assist with your support needs.
We understand that being supported by a Support Worker for the first time, can be a very confronting experience. For this reason, Inclusive Disability Assist ensures you are the primary decision maker in selecting Support Workers. You tell us what type of Support Worker you would feel comfortable being supported by, and not the other way around.
