Community Social & Rec Activities.
From shopping, movies, libraries and so many more, our support staff enable participants to engage in a variety of interactive community, social and recreational activities.

Self-Care Activities.
We provide our participants assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life to develop skills of the participant to live as autonomously as possible.

Household Activities.
Our staff help enable participants to maintain their home environment through house cleaning or gardening. This may involve undertaking essential household tasks that the participant is not able to undertake.

Travel Assistance.
We provide transport assistance to assist participants to access supports outside their home. This includes travel to and from appointments, places of work, schools and other activities to help achieve plan goals.

Skill Development & Training.
We provide individual life skills development and training including cooking or public transport training and support, developing skills for community, social and recreational participation.

Respite.
Our participant short term accommodation stays include support for self-care, accommodation, food and fun activities such theme parks, zoos and more.
Care Plans.
At Inclusive Disability Assist we believe all our participants should receive the support they are looking for. That’s why we use Care Plans! Our Client Relations Officer visits every one of our participants to collaboratively set up a personalised Care Plan, outlining all the important information needed for our Disability Support Workers to assist you each service! If you ever have changes that you want to make to your care plan, you can call or email us or our Client Relations Officer and we’ll be sure to assist you as soon as possible!
