Your Needs. Your Goals. Your Way.

Support Designed Around You.

Inclusive Disability Assist is a NDIS registered not-for-profit organization, specializing in the delivery of tailored psychosocial disability services throughout South-East Queensland since 1993

Our Services

  • Service Delivery

IDA's Service Delivery incorporates a wide range of services delivered in a 1:1 capacity by one of our skilled Support Workers. Our support is person-centred because it is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring that participants are actively involved in shaping their support, making informed choices, and receiving compassionate, consistent assistance that respects their independence, dignity, and lifestyle.

  • Support Coordination

Our Support Coordination helps participants understand and implement their respective NDIS plans by connecting them with appropriate services and supports. We assist in building a participant’s capacity to manage their own supports and make informed decisions. Our Support Coordinators work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals and navigate the NDIS system effectively, with an emphasis on consistent communication

  • Specialist Support Coordination

IDA Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of Support Coordination designed for participants with more complex needs or challenging circumstances. It involves intensive support to manage and resolve barriers, ensuring participants can access and maintain essential services. Our Specialist Support Coordinators work closely with multiple stakeholders to design and implement tailored support solutions that promote stability and long-term outcomes.

  • Plan Management

IDA Plan Management helps participants manage the funding in their NDIS plans by taking care of financial tasks such as paying invoices and keeping track of plan budgets. We provide participants with choice and control over their supports at all times, without the need to handle all of the administrative responsibilities. Our Plan Managers offer guidance and support to help participants make the most of their NDIS funding.

  • Group Based Activities

IDA Group-Based Activities provide participants with opportunities to engage in social, recreational, or skill-building experiences alongside others. These activities promote community participation, enhance social connections, and develop independence in a supportive group setting. They are tailored to individual goals and can include topics such as art workshops, cooking sessions, or group outings.

  • Short Term Accommodation

IDA Short Term Accommodation (STA), including respite, provides temporary support for participants when they need time away from their usual home. It includes assistance with daily activities, personal care, and community access in a supportive environment. Our STA model offers participants a chance to build independence, try new experiences, and provide Carers with a short term break.

Inclusive Disability Assist stands out as a unique NDIS service provider by offering psycho-social disability support that goes beyond the individual, extending care to children and entire families.

Our holistic approach ensures that children receive age-appropriate, empathetic support while families are empowered with the tools and guidance needed to foster resilience, inclusion, and long-term well-being.
