  • Garry

    Service Manager

    As the Service Manager at Inclusive Disability Assist, Garry brings over 15 years of experience in the disability and community services sector. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care by leading a skilled team and ensuring services align with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework.  Garry thoroughly enjoys working closely with participants, families, and community partners to create tailored support strategies that empower individuals to achieve greater independence and well-being.

  • Zoey

    Operations Coordinator

    With six years of experience in the disability, homelessness and social isolation sectors, Zoey has transitioned from a Disability Support Worker to an Operations Coordinator within IDA, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by both participants and staff members. Zoey is passionate about delivering person-centered services that truly meet the needs of individuals while also supporting the well-being of workers. Zoey thrives on creating efficient, collaborative solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.

  • Claire

    Care Leader

    Claire has been working within the disability sector for 5 years, commencing as a Disability Support Worker providing 1:1 care in home and in the community. Claire transitioned into a Client Relations Officer position creating personalized Care Plans. Now a IDA Care Leader, Claire has a passion to work closely with participants to identify their support options and provide high-quality customer service that makes a real difference in people’s everyday lives. Claire believes in person-centered practice with an emphasis on strong communication.

  • Michelle

    Care Leader

    Michelle has been working within both the disability and nursing sectors over a 35-year span. Michelle commenced with IDA as a Care Leader which is a position that she thoroughly enjoys as it keeps her in contact with IDA’s participants and families on a daily basis. Michelle is passionate about fulfilling participant’s goals and advocating for their choice and control. Michelle’s goal would be to make a difference in IDA’s participant’s and their family’s lives and to help guide them to empower themselves at all times. Michelle is a advocate for person-centered practice.
