Yoga and Mindfulness is a calming and empowering group-based activity designed for adults aged 18 and over living with a psychosocial disability. Held over 10 weeks on Thursday mornings, this program is led by an experienced facilitator who gently guides participants through yoga practices and mindfulness techniques that support emotional well-being, reduce stress, and promote inner balance. Each session offers a safe and inclusive space to connect with your body and mind at your own pace. After class, participants are invited to enjoy a coffee and chat with new friends, creating a warm and social atmosphere that extends beyond the mat.
