Group Based Daytime Activities for Adults: ‘Artistic Exploration’ 8-Week Course

Artistic Exploration is a creative and welcoming group-based activity designed for adults aged 18 and over living with a psychosocial disability. Running every Friday from 10am to 12pm over an 8-week period, this program offers participants the opportunity to explore different artistic techniques in a supportive and inclusive environment. It's a great way to meet new friends, express creativity, and build confidence while working on unique art pieces that participants can take home and keep. Whether you're a beginner or have experience with art, Artistic Exploration is all about connection, self-expression, and having fun through creativity.
